We don't have a data team yet. Can we really use this?
Yes — Midfieldr is built so a curious analyst, a head of performance or a marketing director can get real work done without SQL or DevOps. Connectors turn on with a click, dashboards deploy themselves, and Ask AI handles plain-English questions. We do the heavy lifting; your staff just asks the questions.
We do have a data team. Does Midfieldr replace them?
No — it amplifies them. Connectors, infrastructure, access control and the boring plumbing are handled, so your data team spends its time on modelling, decisions and the work that actually moves the club. Power users keep their SQL, dbt and notebooks; non-technical staff stop queueing up against them.
What providers do you connect to?
30+ out of the box — tracking (Catapult, Hawk-Eye, StatsBomb), event data (Opta, Stats Perform, SciSports), CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, Splio), ticketing (Ticketmaster, Stripe), marketing (Mailchimp, Meta, Braze) — and we'll build new ones on request, usually in days.
What does "Ask AI" actually do?
You type a question — "what's our best fan segment for renewals?" — and the platform writes the query, runs it against your data, and gives you back a chart or table. You can save it as a dashboard, share it, or refine it with follow-up questions. The answer is always on your real data, never made up.
Where does our data live?
On the Club tier, your data sits in a managed EU or US region — isolated to your organisation. On League tier we deploy inside your own cloud account, so nothing crosses your perimeter.
What about athlete medical data?
Role-based access is built in at the app, page and column level. Medical data only goes to medical staff. Every view and export is logged. GDPR-ready by default, with DPAs available on request.
What if the analyst who built our apps leaves?
Nothing happens to the apps — they live on the platform, not on a laptop. Their access disappears the moment you revoke it; their work stays with the club.
