Midfieldr is a Cloud Consultancy Company specializing in the Sports, Media & Entertainment industry. The Company offers a comprehensive suite of solutions, including Solutions Architecture, Consulting, and Professional Services, as well as tailored products and datasets distributed on the “third-party” Amazon Web Services (AWS) platform.

In addition, the Company operates the Website https://www.midfieldr.com/ (the “Website”).

The Products, Services, and Offerings mentioned herein, including the Website, are collectively referred to as “Services.” This Policy applies to the information Midfieldr collects from anyone using, accessing, or interacting with our Services (“Users”).

Types of Data Midfieldr collects

As defined in our Terms & Conditions when setting up our Services, you may choose AWS Region(s) and set up an AWS Account where your content will be stored. If you choose not to, you consent to Midfieldr creating and operating an AWS Account on your behalf, which remains fully transferable to you at any point in time. You remain the sole and unique beneficiary of all your content as well as the infrastructure on which your content is stored.

Midfieldr cannot access, move, or replicate your content outside your chosen AWS Region(s) and Account except as explicitly agreed with you.

Other Personal Data Midfieldr collects or distributes

Midfieldr collects, processes, sells, and distributes statistical and contextual Personal Data relating to professional athletes for use in our Services.

Midfieldr collects this data from public broadcast feeds; directly with consent from teams; or from other public sources.

This data includes identifiers (including name and date of birth), career data, and event data.

While Midfieldr generally does not process health or other “special category data,” apart from physical data available from publicly available sources, including a player’s height, weight, and injury history.

All the data Midfieldr distributes, falls under “Publicly Available Information,” meaning information that is lawfully made available to the general public by the data subject or relevant governing body.

Use of Tracking Technologies

When you visit or access our Services, Midfieldr reserves the right to use cookies, pixels, beacons, local storage, and similar technologies (“Tracking Technologies”). Data Retention Period

Midfieldr retains the Personal Data collected from you if and only if in legitimate business need to do so, such as:

  • For as long as it necessary for Midfieldr to provide you or your employer with access to its Services.

  • To comply with applicable legal, tax, or accounting requirements.

Midfieldr will delete all Personal Data when no ongoing business need legitimates further storing or processing of your Personal Data.

  • Service providers and business partners located in different countries.
